i have the right to decline your commission if i'm not comfortable with it.

all commissions are for personal use only, unless you have purchased commercial rights.

i’ll do my best to complete your commission within 1-3 weeks, please be patient ♡

that being said, if you’d like to have it done by a certain date, please let me know upfront and i'll do my utmost to accommodate :)

for urgent deadlines, expect a fee depending on how close this deadline is and the detail of the piece.

be specific about your commission! send as many references as you’d like :)

i will send a sketch for approval before proceeding further.

i will regularly check in with you about the process.

minor revisions are free, while major revisions will be charged 20% of the total price (e.g. requesting a pose change when i'm done with flat colours).

personal commissions consist of one png with a small watermark. commercial commissions consist of one png with no watermark. no physical product will be produced.

do NOT remove the watermark or make any other edits to my artwork.

do NOT use my artwork for crypto, NFTs, or to train AI.

do NOT resell my artwork.

art for commercial use will be at least 150% of the commission price (will be discussed).

i reserve the right to use your commission for my own use in portfolios or production of merchandise (latter applicable only for fandom characters, not for OCs).

if you’d like me to keep your commission private/not posted to my social media, let me know upfront.

payment only by paypal (intl) or paylah / paynow (sg).

you may choose to pay 100% upfront, or 50% upfront and 50% after the sketch has been approved by you. the messages discussing and confirming the payment will serve as an invoice.

major revisions will be charged 20% of the total price (e.g. requesting a pose change when i'm done with flat colours), revisions in the sketch phase + other minor revisions are free.

no refunds will be granted past the sketch stage for light- and full-render commissions, and will not be granted at all for sketch and chibi commissions.

refunds will be granted if i am unable to complete your commission.
